I believe we are all born with an innate drive to thrive. We all want and need to feel good about ourselves and to develop a sense of purpose, competence and confidence. We will do everything in our power to achieve our goals, whether in love and friendships, work, career, health, and spirit. Sometimes we find we just can't do it alone.

 

During difficult times, it's helpful to have someone else to provide understanding, compassion, and a fresh perspective. This is what I bring to my work. We will collaborate on whatever issue you identify so that you come out feeling empowered and in a better, stronger place than before. And a wonderful by product of therapy is that people tend to find out over time not only what makes them tick, but also that they become comfortable in their own skin, trusting of their own instincts, and liking who they are.
